How it started.
A last minute decision and a booking gone wrong. Easily done when navigating the city of angels. But somehow, we found ourselves seated together on a sleeper train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, and honestly, that was the start of everything that came next.
An Unforgettable Journey.
We found ourselves navigating south east Asia, from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, then then onto the road of 1000 turns to Pai, to a ‘why not’ decision in flying to Vietnam, completing the Ha Giang loop and then deciding it would be a good idea to drive down to entirety of Vietnam on less than roadworthy motorbikes. We saw it all, did everything and had plenty of experiences along the way.
But then it stopped.

Aaron grew up in the Black Country — where hard work built businesses, not marketing campaigns.
Wave started out building websites for tradespeople, helping industries without a digital presence create real sales pipelines. But we quickly saw a bigger picture — industrial businesses everywhere were being left behind.
The ones that embraced marketing were growing. The ones that didn’t… weren’t. And with most agencies speaking in jargon and overpromising, it was easy to see why.
